National Naval Aviation Museum

On the way home from New Orleans we went to Pensacola. We stopped by the museum before heading to the beach.

We headed for New Orleans on Friday. We stopped in Gadsden for supper at Chili's. They had a riverwalk behind the restaurant.








New Orleans Saints training center!





Stephen took us on a tour of the lower 9th ward. Very sad to see.

Four Eyes! :)

Kerry got her glasses and LOVES them. She will probably tell you different. She only has to wear them to drive but she wears them all the time!!! :)
I think they look good on her!!!

Phantom of the Opera

Kerry and I went with my Dad, Mom, brother and sister in law to see the Phantom of the Opera at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. It was AWESOME. This was the first time I've ever been to a play, other than a school play. Somewhat different. :)
Since seeing the play I am in love with the music and listen to it all the time...just ask the family!! :) I've also been watching the movie a lot. The play was better but the movie will do!!!

The Fox is so beautiful. I took this in the waiting room to the women's restroom.


I didn't find out until after I took this picture that there was no photography allowed. :) This is before the show started looking to the side of the theater, to the side of the stage. It was very dark in the theater so I couldn't get the stage. It was so beautiful in there. They had it fixed to look like it was outside with the night sky. I had to keep reminding myself that I wasn't outside.


Going to this show was such a blessing. Getting to spend this special time with my parents, Kerry, Steve and Angela!!
