I have had such fun over the past couple of weeks. I started my Vacation scrapbook and I've had the time of my life. Karen, you were right, scrapbooking is very theraputic (I hope I spelled that right). I'm almost done with the Vacation book and I'm already planning my next one. :) This is as much fun to me as if Ken was out on his Harley or the kids at Disney World!!! I don't exaggerate either.
You can ask Ken...when I started this album I was very excited!!! He could see that difference it made. I try and get a few things here and there since I can't get much at one time. I admit that a few of my pages are surprisingly creative....I don't see myself as creative.
After the past year and a half I've had, this helps me "get away". I still have moments when I miss the baby that would have been born around September.
It's taking me 35 years to find my "thing". When the kids came along it was all about them...and I spent everything on them....even my birthday/Christmas money. Nana knows all about that...:) She tried. If only I could get all that money back....hahahahaha Just kidding!!!!
I'm just so excited I found something for me that I enjoy so much.
I just had to share that!!!

You and Jessica are the daughters I didn't have,(until the boys brought you home) so you are very special to me.
I totally understand about spending everything you have on your children, that was why I always tried to make sure you had something just for you.
Boy, if we could get all the money we spent on our children, that was suppose to be ours, wow, we could have a blast!!!!
Truthfully, I know you would do it all over again, well, actually, are still spending your money on them :)
I am really glad you have found something you can totally enjoy and get lost in.
You will definitely have to share your expertise at scrapbooking with me.

I agree, scrapbooking is extremely theraputic. If only Jud would understand and not make fun of me for staying at Karen's for so long on scrapbook night. By the way, the next one is going to be in January. Hope you can come!!!!
