The girls had a tournament for Upward at Shorter College. They played for an hour. They tried hard but lost. There was only 6 of our girls to show up and the other team had 12. So their girls were able to take some breaks. Our's didn't. They got one period off each. This was full court. Karen and I were stressing out!!
They had a great time and got a t-shirt, medallion and certificate for playing. They really liked that. I wished more of our girls would have come to play but oh well.
I told the girls that now they can say they have played basketball at Shorter College.
